What Home Watch is

Home Watch is a visual, non-invasive check of your property - inside and out - to ensure everything is safe, functioning, and in good condition year-round.


Whether you're home or away, we perform routine preventative walk-thoughs to catch small issues early, prevent damage, and give you peace of mind.


Each visit includes a documented report, photos, and updates on anything that needs attention.

Yes. Our Home Watch Membership is not just for when you're away - it's a preventative home care program.


Even when you're home, issues like leaks, A/C problems, moisture, pests, or electrical issues often start without being noticed. 


Our monthly walkthrough:

  • Catches small problems early
  • Keeps your home running smoothly
  • Handles basic maintenance tasks
  • Gives you a second set of eyes on your home 


Most members stay enrolled year-round because the service eliminates stress and provides consistent oversight.


Each visit includes a full interior and exterior walkthrough:

  • Visual interior check
  • Leak/odor inspection
  • A/C & thermostat verification
  • Running water & flushing toilets
  • Checking doors & windows
  • Mail & packages brought inside
  • Photos and documented update


Higher tiers include:

  • More frequent visits
  • A deeper interior checklist
  • Replacing filters, bulbs, and batteries
  • Storm/event follow-ups


Everything is non-invasive and focused on safety, function, and early problem detection.


A vacation Check-In is a one-time visit - great for short trips. 


A Home Watch Membership provides: 

  • Monthly or weekly oversight
  • Priority scheduling
  • Seasonal prep reminders
  • Deeper Interior Checks
  • Light maintenance tasks
  • Familiarity with your home
  • Consistent documentation


Membership is ongoing preventative care for your home. 

Vacation Check-Ins are single events with no ongoing support, no priority, and no maintenance tasks.


No. You do not need to be home. 


Members typically provide:

  • A key
  • A lockbox code
  • Or a smart lock code


Your access information is kept secure, private, and only used for your scheduled visits.


We do NOT enter your home unannounced.

Every visit is:

  • Scheduled
  • Documented
  • Performed by the same trained, Crew Lead
  • Photo-confirmed upon completion


Your home is always respected, protected, and entered only for your authorized walkthroughs.


If we notice anything unusual - leaks, moisture, pests, odors, A/C issues, etc. - we contact you immediately. 


Depending on your plan, we can: 

  • Perform quick fixes (filters, bulbs, batteries)
  • Recommend a licensed professional
  • Schedule a follow-up visit


If an issue requires a licensed professional, we can meet them on your behalf as a separate scheduled visit. Most appointments take time, so we simply book it like any other support visit - fair, simple, and transparent.


If a contractor needs interior access while you're away, we're always able to help. We just schedule it like any other visit so we can give your home the time and attention needs.


You stay informed and in control.


Yes - Standard and Premium members receive:

  • Pre-season reminders
  • Storm preparation support (upon request)
  • Premium includes 1 complimentary storm/event follow-up per month


For all other tiers, storm checks can be scheduled as a separate service.


This is a major value for part-time residents and snowbirds.


Yes. You can pause or cancel anytime.


Most members stay enrolled year-round because the program eliminates stress, prevents issues early, and gives them priority scheduling for all other CSC services. 


Members also receive a small loyalty perk - priority access and an optional 5% discount on one additional service per month. 


Most homeowners find the program so helpful that they keep it active throughout the year.
