Position Type

• Part-time
• W-2 
• Hours vary week-to-week, depending on volume
• Ideal supplemental income role

Pay & Benefits

• $20–$22/hr starting 
• Quarterly reliability & performance bonus (based on consistent communication and quality of work)
• $15 urgent call-out bonus for same-day assignments
• 90-minute minimum pay per job
• Bi-weekly direct deposit 
• Opportunities for more hours as we grow

 What You’ll Do (Home-Support Task) 

  This role focuses on safe, light, hands-on support — not construction or trades. 

Typical Tasks include:

• Moving small items (40–50 lbs max)
• Light yard tasks (debris pickup, patio cleanup, weed pulling)
• Simple furniture assembly
• Hanging décor, curtain rods, small shelving
• Garage cleanouts (bagged items/light debris)
• Seasonal home resets & hurricane prep
• Safe ladder tasks up to 10–12 ft (single-story
• Taking before/after photos
• Communicating updates through our workflow

This is NOT  a construction, heavy landscaping, or skilled trade job. 

 We train you in our workflow — professionalism and reliability matter most.

Requirements

• Ability to safely lift 40-50 lbs when needed
• Comfortable using basic hand tools
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication
• Respectful presence in clients’ homes
• Ability to pass a simple background check
