Community Ambassadors are the local face of Community Service Crew across the Treasure Coast.

You’ll engage with potential clients, introduce what CSC offers, collect qualified leads, and help homeowners book their first service.

This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity — ideal for motivated students who want to earn extra income on their own schedule while developing sales, communication, and leadership skills.

• Introduce CSC’s services to local homeowners and community members
• Submit qualified leads through our quick online form (Google Form system)
• Explain CSC’s service options: one-time, seasonal, or monthly plans
• Confirm client interest and collect accurate contact details for our office to finalize scheduling
• Represent CSC positively in person, around campus, and online
• Stay in touch for updates, leaderboards, and bonus campaigns

Commission Tiers

• 10% on jobs under $500
• 12% on jobs $500 – $999
• 15% on jobs $1,000 and above

Additional Incentives

• Subscription Sign-Up Bonus – $10: Earned once when a customer you referred joins a recurring monthly or seasonal plan.
• Retention Bonus – 3%: Begins only after a client you brought in has remained on a subscription for 90 days; paid monthly for up to 6–12 months while that subscription stays active.

Example:

You help a homeowner book a $400 project.

You earn 10% = $40 after the job is completed and paid.

Commissions apply only to the first paid job you generate for each new client.

(If that client books another service later and you help them schedule it again, you can earn a new commission for that additional job.)

Then you’ll receive access to our Ambassador Toolkit with scripts, pricing guides, and optional branded materials.

You decide when and where to work — in your neighborhood, on campus, or through social media outreach.
